a nationwide movement co-led by the National Council of Social Service and TOUCH Community Services
to address stigma and promote social inclusion for persons with mental health conditions.

A Journey That Is Better Together

With our like-minded partners, ‘Begin Again’ initiative invites the nation
to spark conversations about mental wellness, move beyond the stigma,
and support those looking to refresh their lives.

Beyond the Label (BTL) is a nation-wide movement, co-led by NCSS and TOUCH Community Services, to address stigma and create an empowering and inclusive environment for persons with mental health conditions.

Themed "Mental Wellness Begins With All of Us", this year’s campaign moves beyond awareness building towards action, encouraging everyone – children, youth, caregivers, seniors and working adults – to not only better incorporate self-care and mental wellness into their daily routines, but also to pick up skills to better support their
loved ones.

Let's learn how to work on our own mental wellness, and support that of others. Give today as they empower everyone to take charge of their mental wellbeing.

grovve is Singapore’s first integrated wellness centre designed with youths for youths (aged 13 to 25) and their caregivers.

It aims to serve as a youth-friendly space, where youths are empowered to navigate their mental wellness journey, and like-minded youths can form communities to be champions and supporters for mental well-being.

Initiated by NCSS and supported by dedicated and recognised organisations in the youth mental health and social services space, grovve offers well-being activities, mental health screening, triage, and intervention services.

Orchard Road Fashion is a lifestyle platform dedicated to local fashion, culture and
creative expression.

As a like-minded partner, ORF is committed to advocating mental wellness by showcasing the 'Begin Again' Fashion Collection through its iconic street style content and at their inaugural Orchard Road Fashion Week, where emerging, future-forward designers create pieces for a runway reimagined as a bold canvas for
fearless expression.

*SCAPE is a youth-powered movement with a mission to inspire and empower young people to be the best versions of themselves.
